In this role, I was an innovative educator for an ROTC Battalion, delivering weekly mentorship and coaching to realize our academic goals. I liaised with supply personnel, ensuring the correct handling and storage of program materials.

As a mentor, I equipped the next generation of leaders with crucial tactical, technical, and professional skills necessary for effective team and project leadership, as well as mission success. I employed approved curricula, complementing them with my tailored lesson plans that encouraged hands-on training, critical thinking, and leadership advancement.

I closely monitored student progress, developing comprehensive reports with recommendations for performance improvement. As a part of the Officer Candidate School Selection Committee, I assessed aspiring leaders' ability to serve as officers, contributing significantly to shaping the future of the Army.

In collaboration with fellow instructors, I helped to plan and implement multiple joint training programs, positively impacting over 200 students from multiple universities.

In my dedicated role as a Camp Counselor at the transformative College Orientation Workshop (COW) at VMI, I was instrumental in facilitating a challenging, yet empowering summer college orientation specifically designed for at-risk students bearing various disadvantages.
 This structured role allowed me to be a pillar of support and guidance for the students, aiding them in navigating the complexities of college life with resilience and determination, ensuring that they were well-equipped to commence their college journey with confidence and a robust mindset.
