Tyler Averitt joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as an Executive Managing Director in the Atlanta office when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. Directly out of UGA Terry College of Business, he began his career in 2007 as an Analyst at Southeast Apartment Partners (later branded MHA). Tyler now manages the Atlanta Private Capital team, oversees the Greater GA team, and raises equity while structuring land for new development opportunities across the Sunbelt.

With a personal average annual sales volume of $2.5B, Tyler has been directly involved in the sale of over 500 multifamily assets totaling over 150,000 units during his tenure. 

Due to his impressive results, Tyler was recognized as Real Estate Forum’s Tomorrow’s Leaders in the Southeast in 2014.  Since then, Tyler has won the Costar Power Broker Award 2017 - 2020 and was recently ranked #3 Investment Sales Broker in GA for 2020 by the GA Board of Realtors. 

Tyler holds a BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs!
