I've worked in startups and entrepreneurial settings my entire professional life. It began with my work for the non-profit the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. After my time there, I began my own business in the music industry. During the three years I ran my business I worked in sales at two other startups and furthered my understanding and love of the business process. I recently brought my passion for business into my current role as a Talent Solutions Specialist with Talent Solutions by Work Source. This has me spending my days connecting with local businesses and helping grow their talent and retention pipelines... something I couldn't be happier doing. A healthier economy means a healthier community and I'm honored to be a part of that!
