My role at ProviderTrust presented a great opportunity to increase brand awareness and equity for one of the fastest-growing tech companies in healthcare. In this position, I worked closely with internal thought leaders, product managers, and industry experts to engage and educate healthcare leaders about our software solutions. 

I enjoyed developing new content, distribution channels, and lead generation experiences to support growth initiatives for the provider segment. As our marketing team continued to grow, I designed and facilitated a content production process to increase team efficiency and accountability. I also contributed to interdepartmental planning and strategic initiatives within the provider segment to increase revenue and user experience.

- Created more than 200+ Resources including blogs, eBooks, webinars, case studies, whitepapers, and video content. 

- Helped develop and manage COVID-19 specific resources, including a healthcare license portability and waiver info page, telehealth implementation guides and articles, monthly webinars, product enhancement announcements (PPE, credentialing, supply chain mgmt.), and more. 

- RFP support with copy editing and writing for enterprise client submissions. 

- Designed and facilitated a content production process with Monday.com to increase efficiency and accountability while hosting a weekly team review time to learn about process improvements.  

- Managed and optimized social media accounts, while executing paid campaigns with an annual operating budget of over $35k. 

- Oversaw a partnership with a freelance writer to supplement blog posts each month.

In 2017, ProviderTrust was a group of 3 marketers looking to grow our brand and increase sales of our Saas solutions for healthcare providers. During this time, as Content Management Leader, I developed and delivered content projects that drove SEO value, contributed to effective email nurture campaigns, grew our social media following, and helped enable our sales team to close more deals.

- Developed blogs that produced multiple featured snippets on Google for healthcare compliance relevant topics (exclusion monitoring, NPI lookup, healthcare vendor compliance, CMS Preclusion list, SAM.gov and OIG LEIE).

- Contributed to a website and rebranding project with an agency partner to redesign  providertrust.com. I helped our team develop comprehensive and compelling site navigation, in addition to writing or collaborating on most of the copy and visuals for new site pages. 
Our team also implemented our brand vision for "A smarter healthcare makes a safer healthcare"  into our web and promotional materials.  

- Collaborated with the UX team to create a self-sign up option for our ExclusionCheck solution. 

- Planned and executed an interactive conference experience with multiple booths and print materials (HCCA CI 2018).
