I lead and manage a team of Strategists to deliver product-, brand-, marketing-, and corporate strategies.  Clients include Gates Ventures, American Express, Microsoft, Viacom, and the Bill and Malinda Gates Foundation. As the practice lead, I'm responsible for delivering 20-30% of the company's total annual revenue, and for growing and developing my team.

In project work, I lead multi-functional teams of Strategists, Designers, Technical Program Managers, Developers and other contractors to create impactful deliverables and products.  I work closely and collaboratively with clients to enable their success, gather context across complex, matrixed organizations, and deliver work on tight timelines.

Responsible for digital partnership design, development, and management with large technology partners.

- Designed innovative product and experience concepts (based on consumer insights) to improve the in-store customer experience. 
- Sell-in concepts to executive leadership across Starbucks and partner orginizations.

Sr. Product Manager - Digital Ventures

Responsible for building new digital marketing programs and capabilities to grow the sales of Starbucks packaged coffee.

- Measured the existing incrementally of the Starbucks loyalty program through consumer research. 
- Developed strategies, and prototyped digital experience concepts for the future of the grocery aisle to drive engagement, loyalty, personalization, and incremental purchase.
- Identified strategic opportunity to expand loyalty program through digital innovation and built corresponding strategy

Product Manager - Marketing Innovation

- Developed product design recommendations for Glimpse consumer application to reduce attrition, drive user acquisition, and increase ongoing engagement.
- Developed product strategy and insights based on aggregated usage data from Glympse's user base.
