Violet is a venture backed startup focussed on empowering the next generation of Marketplaces with better infrastructure. In this role I led all of Violet’s Go-To-Market and revenue strategy and execution, including building and managing the Go-To-Market team.  

•Built revenue forecasts, CAC & LTV models, pricing strategies, customer segmentation, ICP, positioning, and messaging that drove >500% ARR growth
•Led a cross-functional team (designer, digital marketer, revenue operations, SDR) to launch 5 new product offerings, which lead to the first 10 paying customers.  
•Developed and executed product marketing campaigns achieving 300% increase in customer acquisition and 25% reduction in CAC.
