Tyler Rossi is the President of American Dream Search and Host of the Let's Talk Talent podcast. He is one of the top headhunters in America for sales talent in the Steel/Metals Industry. Tyler began his career as an Account Executive for the world's largest job site, Indeed.com. It was here where he developed a passion for both sales and recruiting. During his 5 years at Indeed, Tyler consulted with thousands of employers around the country on how to optimize their recruitment advertising strategy. In doing so, Tyler also saw personal success as well. He quickly was promoted to Senior Account Executive and achieved accolades such as Top Gun in 2020, which was Indeed's equivalent to President's Club. Tyler's success in sales allowed him to bring his American Dream to life. He bought a home, married his high-school sweetheart, and started a family. However, one thing was still missing...he always wanted to own his own business. In February 2023, Tyler took the leap of faith and launched American Dream Search. American Dream Search serves as a boutique recruiting agency that focuses on recruiting top sales talent in the Metals Industry. Here, Tyler leverages both his sales and recruitment expertise to serve as a valuable resource to both his clients and candidates.
