Current: I currently work for Siemens and I was recently promoted as a Distributor Sales Engineer as I was previously an inside Sales Support Engineer. As an my time as an Inside Sales Engineer I provided my outside team with takeoffs, quotes, specification interpretation and more as an inside sales engineer. Past: Georgia-Pacific LLC •JumpStart Rotation April 2021 -worked ina rotational 12 month program from a VCDL helping the Sysco national team in the South Region. Moved over to GPXpress where I ended up! •GPXpress -Customer Solutions Specialist Rotation- as a Customer Solution Specialist working on the Pro side. I answer calls and help guide our customers problems into solutions. I deal with warranty claims as well as quality claims whilst providing the best customer experience I can offer to our current and future customers. •VCDL Rotation -I worked as a (Virtual Customer Development Leader) on the GP Sysco team where I assisted in day to day activities such as: training Sysco Sales Consultants on our GP products, as well as there own Sysco Private label of “Complete360”!
