Terminal Position for a higher education in which I was responsible for the following:

- Acting as a liaison between residents and Marywood faculty/staff to ensure that resident needs were met.

- Responsible for being knowledgeable about Marywood University policy and upholding those standards at all times in my professional and personal activities as well as documenting instances of policy violation in an objective and technical manner, working with campus safety in instances that deemed their involvement necessary.

- I was responsible for making community interest/needs based programs that met my resident hall's needs or the Marywood communities needs in unique and interesting ways. These programs were subdivided by the categories of 'community, education, faculty integration, service, and inter-resident hall collaboration'. All of this was assigned a very minimal budget, forcing high levels of creativity for success.

- Responsible for working inconsistent hours via an "on duty" system as well as being "on call"/available  as much as possible.

- Responsible for being aware of all safety procedures and carrying out immediate safety proclamations  instances of emergencies.

-Responsible for mediation between residents who are having disputes about living situations or other resident hall based incidents.
