Collaborated with brand partners (adidas, Nike etc.) to introduce online digital and social media marketing campaigns. Oversaw testing of re-engagement tools within Messenger, while serving as Facebook Messenger Africa Beta Partner (FB HQ Team). Implemented first successful VR Football Jersey Launch Campaign at Totalsports in collaboration with Puma. Managed Experiential Social Media to launch Totalsports Women’s Race (10k+ entrants) by collaborating with Nike, as well as Fives Football Tournaments, triathlons and rugby games. 

Led the social marketing team in Business Process Management, Digital Content Management, and client relation, generating stretch targets of over a few million in sales.  Designed and implemented comprehensive marketing strategy incentive programs, prepared quarterly sales forecasts, projected revenue, developed annual and quarterly marketing budgets, and mentor team in online sales methodologies.  

Defined processes and tools best suited to each project. Move between agile and waterfall approaches depending on project specifics and client goals, creating detailed project road maps, plans, schedules and work breakdown structures.

Monitored overall progress, use of resources and budget, drive a robust qualification, reliability and design verification process. Collaborated with IT and business experts through all phases of a project to ensure delivered solutions brought business value.

Designed and developed TFG's first Chatbot platform & grew subscriber base from 0 to 219k in 19 months. 

Conceptualised and implemented effective digital marketing plans that achieved remarkable growth of 226% (Facebook), 207% (Instagram), and 235% (Twitter) over short time period of 23 months. 

Devised and deployed consumer strategies with international brand stakeholders (Nike, adidas, Puma, Reebok, etc.) with keen focus on delivering a meaningful go-to-market strategy within the Totalsports Digital Ecosystem.

Managed and improved an organisation's customer touch points and interactions by implementing consumer engagement marketing strategies via Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Blog. "Spaza" definition: (in South Africa) a small unofficial store in a township, often based in a private house.

We identified the need to create a marketplace for budding entrepreneurs that don't have the skillset, resources or means to create their own eCommerce websites. The marketplace housed a variety of products whereby a "store owner" was able to customise his / her own "store front". We focused our efforts on ensuring the basics of eCommerce where adopted, taking care of, amongst other aspects, product delivery, SEO and customer services.
