I put it on ICE.

But really, I use the ICE Method.

It's a prioritization model that stands for: Impact, Confidence, and Ease.

It provides a framework to rank projects.

It’s incredibly valuable.

Whether you're looking to better prioritize individual tasks.

Or become more effective as a team…

Using this framework will help.

Plus, the more you use it the more accurate it will become.

Here’s a quick breakdown.

👉 Impact
Does It have the ability to dramatically alter results or do you anticipate a smaller improvement?

Give it a score of 1-10 (1 being low impact and 10 being high)

👉 Confidence
How likely is the initiative is to have the desired impact. Score 1-10

👉 Ease
How easy will it be to develop and launch this initiative? Score 1-10 (1 being high effort and 10 being low)

Plot all of your initiatives in a spreadsheet or a project management tool.

Calculate the score

Impact x Confidence x Ease = ICE Score

Prioritize projects with higher scores.

Have you ever looked at the campaigns they build at Gym Launch? 

I have, and this is what you'll find - 

✅ A 106 page gated ebook that they’ve been running for at least a year

✅  funnels built with Click Funnels (and some with Webflow)

✅ Heavy sms and email nurtures (i have a phone full of texts)

… 

The very things so many of you say do not work (gated content, funnels etc.)

… assisted him, and many others, in building profitable 7 and 8 figure businesses without a cent of outside funding.

Moral of the story.

There are multiple ways to market a business.

Gated content, funnels, and nurtures etc. have their place.

And they're incredibly valuable when bootstrapping. 

So stop listening to a bunch of linkedin posts that tell you to ditch them. 

Look at successful marketers and carve out time to “funnel hack” some of the campaigns they built their success on.

You’ll gain a more balanced perspective.
