He has extensive experience collaborating with the President & CEO of Canada, senior executives, and business leadership teams across multiple strategic projects, leveraging analytics to optimize performance, identify market opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. With experience spanning Field (Sales) Analytics, Broker Analytics, and Business Analytics, Ubayy combines deep analytical expertise with a strong understanding of executive priorities to deliver actionable insights that drive results. Additionally, Ubayy serves as Co-Chair of AIG Canada’s Young Professionals Employee Resource Group. He leads initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration, and a vibrant workplace culture.
