As a Product Marketing Manager at OnlineSales.ai (Formerly Sokrati), I'm responsible for creating successful GTM kits, product launch strategies, accelerating user growth, increasing daily active users, driving product engagement and feature adoption.

Key Highlights:

- Launched over 100 lifecycle communication milestones in our first ever multi-channel communication framework which increased our daily active users by 30%. The various channels were dashboard comms, in-app messages, emails, in-app banners/pop-ups, etc. This was all built-inhouse.

- Ideated and led successful Go-To-Marketing strategies for all our core products right from
acquisition, retention, price positioning, up-sell, and more.

- Defined and streamlined communication triggers through the all stages of the user journey from Onboarding – Activation– Adoption–Engagement–Celebratory-Upsell–Retention etc.

- Ideated and executed a 5 step unsubscribe flow which reduced our unsubscribe rate by 12% in just 45 days. This also generated valuable feedback which helped us improve our current UX.

- Automated up-sells on OnlineSales.ai through smart communication frameworks and behavioral data targeting.

• In 9 months I delivered 7X growth in organic traffic which completely restructured our acquisition source from outbound to inbound.

About Me

At the age of 24 I cycled to the Highest Motorable road in the world at 5,602m (18,379ft) above sea level. 

Not metaphorically speaking, I literally cycled 2700 kilometers (1680 Miles) to the highest motorable road in the world.

While I was cycling, I thought about quitting approximately 1,000 times. (And that’s a lowball estimate) But despite the extreme weather, low oxygen, mental and physical fatigue, I kept going. 

I’m that person. Once I say I’ll do something, it will happen.

Now, I put that perseverance to work as a founder. I don’t have to climb any mountains…but I do have to move them.
