● Developed data collection strategy of client’s data using MS Excel, Google spreadsheet, applying various spreadsheet functions such as X-lookup, Unique, Sort, Filter, Ifs statement etc., resulting in improved data validation and accuracy for analysis by 35%.

● Implemented and managed data migration of clients’ information into relational databases, by writing queries in PostgreSQL, making use of various keywords, subqueries, Joins and Common Table Expressions (CTEs), resulting in reduction of data redundancy by 80% and improving speed and accuracy in data manipulation and extraction for data analysis. 

● Led the data analysis team in performing descriptive analysis by creating Key Performance Indicators’ Data Visualization dashboards and stories using Tableau public to analyze and identify Customer churn reasons, and prepared prescriptive reports resulting in the reduction of churn rate by 40%.

● Supervised and collaborated with other departments in the timely and concise preparation of various company reports including information reports, analytical and summary/final reports while adhering to fundamental data communication concepts.

● Presented end of year summary/final report to both the technical and executive teams, highlighting customer satisfaction rates, profit growth, company expenditures, and employee performance trackers. 

● Facilitated the training of fellow data analysts in statistical data analysis using R programming in RStudio, making use of libraries such as tiddyverse, dplyr, ggplot2, lubridate etc., resulting in seamless workflow and delivering of weekly activity performance reports to directors.
