I'm an experienced director, manager and consultant in the non-profit and private sectors and have extensive experience in research (Higher Education, EU Research and Innovation, Horizon Europe), education and culture (European Programmes, Networks and Policy). Since 2015 I have developed thorough knowledge of the food and tourism sectors and ecosystem, current challenges and trends across Europe as well as the role of sustainability and regeneration for innovation and business ventures. Having a keen interest in working across national borders and sectors to spark new collaborations, I have so far accomplished this through working with EU funding and affairs, international project development and management, international/national/regional and local co-operation and partnership building, organisational development and sustainability strategies. I am a strong multilingual media and communication professional with experience as a journalist and other extensive writing experience. My academic background is an MA in Cultural Policy and Management from City University London and an MPhil Finno-Ugric Studies from the University of Vienna and long study and work periods in different countries across Europe as well as a Certificate in Business Sustainability Management (University of Cambridge).
