Stock Management: Manage stock levels to avoid stockouts/overstock situations. Execute & retain effective inventory control processes, such as regular cycle counts & reconciliation, transformed new vehicles provision & disposals process.

Logistics Supervisor - Transport and Rental Services

Order Fulfilment: Administer order handling & completion process to ensure timely & precise shipments includes car collections & deliveries. Coordinate with other departments such as sales, to meet customer orders. Increased vehicle movements pushed for the revenue requirements.
Operations Management: Managed requirements of 7 branches, leasing team and ADHOC requests with a team of 20 associates. Managed breakdowns, replacements, sales, and new units.
