UMASUDHAN SUBRAMANIAM (Sudhan) is a seasoned finance and strategic professional with vast experience in different areas of finance. Umasudhan possesses significant experience in core finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), finance function diagnostics, corporate finance, financial strategy, financial modeling, IFRS 9, and capital optimization projects primarily in banks. In the education field, Umasudhan was part of the Exam Development Team of FRM Examinations held by GARP – USA. He was also part of the CFA Institute’s (USA) Education Advisory Board working body. He is an approved mentor for Oxford Brookes University’s (UK) BSc in applied accounting degree program. He has been a volunteer for CFA Institute's annual research challenge acting as a grader for the annual CFA Research Challenge competition for 5 consecutive years since 2018.
