From the trading floors of India , the consulting world of UAE to the bustling financial hubs of Asia (Singapore), my career has been a journey of solving complex problems where business, technology, and regulation intersect. I started out in the world of Banking with Back office Projects with State street Bank later moved in risk analytics, working on BlackRock Aladdin at Oracle Financial Services, where I learned how data and models could shape smarter investment decisions. That early exposure to market risk and portfolio management ignited a passion for bridging business needs with technology — a passion that has guided me ever since. At BNP Paribas India, I dove deep into ALM IT, strengthening frameworks for IRRBB, liquidity,FX risk and Product control ( P&L). The work was highly technical, but the impact was tangible: empowering banks to navigate risk more strategically. My next chapter at Crédit Agricole CIB- Singapore brought me into the heart of regulatory transformation. I led global projects around BCBS 261 (SIMM for OTC derivatives) and Basel IV – FRTB, initiatives that demanded not only technical expertise but also the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders across trading, risk, and finance. Today, at BNP Paribas -Singapore (APAC), I lead Front-to-Back Trade Processing initiatives across Rates, FX, and Fixed income. As the APAC SPOC for trading desks, I work closely with front office, risk, and back-office teams to deliver market onboarding, STP automation, and hedging solutions. The most rewarding part? Orchestrating cross-functional teams to create outcomes that balance efficiency, compliance, and growth — while ensuring senior management always has a clear line of sight. Along the way, I’ve picked up strong technical expertise in systems like Calypso, Murex, Sophis, and Orchestrade, become a Certified Product Owner (PSPO), earned my MSc in Investment Management from London, and I’m now pursuing the FRM certification to deepen my risk expertise. But beyond roles and projects, what truly defines me is curiosity — the drive to keep learning, adapting, and sharing. Recognized as a Top Voice in Risk Management, I regularly write and speak about capital markets transformation, regulatory change, and risk analytics. Every step of my career has been about one thing: helping global financial institutions navigate uncertainty with clarity, resilience, and innovation.
