With over 20 years of engineering and technology leadership in the automotive industry, I have a proven track record of building, running, and growing deep tech businesses that deliver innovative software and electronics solutions for the complete powertrain, including e-drive and batteries. As a co-founder and CEO of Eatron Technologies, I am on a mission to make software-defined vehicles a reality for OEMs worldwide. Eatron's cutting-edge software platform, which spans from the edge to the cloud, enables automotive and mobility OEMs to rapidly develop next-generation electric vehicles with advanced software features for batteries and motion. Eatron also establishes strong partnerships with Tier-1s and semiconductor companies worldwide to realize this vision. Previously, I founded AVL's Turkish operations and companies, and built an R&D organization with 180+ engineers specialized in automotive engineering, calibration, electrification, autonomous technologies, and software and controls development for engines, transmissions, batteries, hybrids, and ADAS. I am passionate about engineering and science, and love science-fiction. I always ask "why" and try to look beyond the status quo. I believe that technology can create a better future for humanity, and I am driven by the motto: "We shall find a way or make one".
