This was a challenging and ongoing project during a time of immense growth and it is still in use today as the foundational software program. ➨ As the IT Director with Premier Mentoring, I attained $102K savings by replacing expensive and outdated programs with open-source software. ➨ I have led multiple phone system projects throughout my career, most notably one that included implementing a 450 seat Aspect Unified IP phone system while concurrently running a Shortel phone system using TDM lines.
