I'm a budding HR specialist, with an interest in building effective teams. Inadvertently, for over 15 years, I've been helping people work together (I don't think my pre-conscious years can be counted), whether in the playground while playing hopscotch, or while organizing the university batch farewell party. Be it when I won a distinction at the national examination level, or stayed up all night to successfully throw a university recognized event, I've seen that the magic lies in the eyes of compromise and flexibility. As team leader, I've had to make ends meet more than once when no one saw eye-to-eye. However, exceeding our goals by raising 85% of the money, and smart money management, allowed for a gnarly after party! Our entire team was buzzing for months to come. In my free time, I have 2 loves: making arts and crafts, and travelling wherever I can- to the closest hotspot for a slice of mudpie, or halfway around the world to explore the horizons.
