As a Technical Support Specialist, I provided assistance in using and troubleshooting Freya applications, which include five management solutions: Freya Restaurant, Hotel, Shop, Logistic and Cloud.

I handled customer complaints by phone, documented them to evaluate complexity and priority and either provided a solution or escalated the issue when needed.

Common issues involved malfunctioning fiscal/kitchen printers, document correction requests, usage-related errors and software malfunctions.

The course provided me with a solid understanding of how websites and microservices operate. I gained knowledge of HTML attributes, CSS styling, JavaScript methods and data types, functional components and Redux, as well as Express routes and MongoDB database operations.

I worked both independently and in a team, closely following Figma templates and mentor instructions. My responsibilities included implementing features such as authentication, dynamic content loading, form validation, page routing, protection of private routes, global state managemen and handling requests for retrieving, adding, updating, and deleting data from the database.

The activity in the support department involved handling complaints received via email or phone, collecting relevant data to identify the issue and providing an appropriate solution.

After receiving a complaint, the next steps included checking the equipment status, analyzing device logs and the email server, evaluating the connection quality (packet loss along the route) and, if necessary, requesting additional information or asking the client to perform specific tests.
