As a full-service provider we take care of PV, regulatory requirements, market access, local packaging and anything else our principals need.

I'm just glad to be a part of the mission. :)

There are days when I wonder if the pharmaceutical industry is just a giant puzzle with half the pieces missing.

You spend weeks mapping out a distribution strategy for a new therapy, only to realize the regulatory landscape in CEE has shifted again. Or maybe it never really stopped shifting. It feels like trying to build a bridge while someone keeps moving the river.

I used to think the answer was more data. More dashboards, more market reports, more AI-powered insights. But the truth is, sometimes you just need to pick up the phone and talk to someone who actually knows what it feels like to get a product through customs and speak to someone who has seen every trick in the book.

AI is great. I love it. But it will never replace the weird, messy, human part of this business. The part where you have to read between the lines of an email.

I guess what I am saying is, the best lead generation tool I have is still my gut. And maybe a little bit of stubbornness.

Anyone else feel like the more tech we add, the more we need to remember how to actually talk to people?

Delivering medicines to CEE I BDR I B2B lead-gen expert I AI-enthusiast

I’ve recently been made aware of where my knowledge of AI is lacking. It hurt, not going to lie about that.

But I also read Plato, and I understand what Socratic wisdom is. 

This is why I’m challenging myself to do one AI-augmented automation a week.

Some will be small, some will be vibe-coded, some will turn into PowerApps (I hope), but the goal is to start building little systems.

To learn what I don’t know, and keep exploring what else I don’t know.

I’ll record each automation to the extent that I can. Perhaps it grows into a newsletter (automatically written 😁).

Because it’s not about trying to know it all.
It’s about exploring.
And failing over and over again.
Until you don’t.
