I joined Optiweb when it had 20 employees, and in seven years, it grew to 70 employees. HR did not exist back then, and HR practices were also non-existent. My task was to build all HR from scratch. From the beginning until today, I have also been a part of the leadership team, contributing to all strategic decisions at the company level. I am responsible for a team of two direct reports (one at the moment).

Strategic (HR) Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Collaborate with management to understand and address HR needs that support organisational objectives.

Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organisation.
- Employer branding activities. 

Performance Management:
- Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.

Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support career development.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and equitable pay structures and benefits packages.

HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee morale.

As HR Recruiter I'm responsible for recruitment and onboarding for Slovenian, BIH and Russia and for developing and implementing processes to ensure appropriate selection, hiring and placement. 

My main responsabilities regarding selection process are:
- Developing/maintaining HR recruitment and  procedures.
- Establishing recruitment strategy and sources.
- Advise management on all the questions regarding employment.
- Determine appropriate sourcing method.
- Develop selection criteria and defining selection channels.
- Accountible for preselection and selection process.
- Accountible for psychological testing and selection interviews.
- Accountable for preparing job offer.

My other responsabilities are:
- Organization and implementation of internal workshops.
- Managing different projects (value day, value a colleague,...).
- Cooperation in different projects (employer branding, AG green company,...).
- Organization of different events.
- Development of assessment centers.
- Presentation of AG Company on fairs and faculties.

HR Recruiter for Slovenia, BIH and Russia

As HR operations specialist I'm resposnsible for all operational human resources related activities and other activities and projects.

My main resposabilities are:
- developing HR policies and procedures and HR regulatory compliance overseeing
- preparation of the work contract
- participation in the planning process
- understanding and intrepreting labor law
- implementation of psychological testing and selection interviews
- organization and implementation of internal workshops
- managing different projects (measurement of engameent, value day, value a colleague,...)
- cooperation in different projects (employer branding, AG green company,...)
- organization of different events
- development of assessment centers
- presentation of AG Company on fairs and faculties
