• Building strategies with global and regional team players and expanding the range of logistics services offered to clients. For example, in addition to traditional global transportation and warehousing, consider offering value-added services like repair & returns, tailored supply chain solutions, dedicated AOG desk, spare parts inventory management, and supply chain consulting to attract new customers and increase revenue streams.

• Conduct thorough market research to understand the unique logistics needs based on the regions and government contracts to incentivize the logistics needs.
• Work with Carriers and Expeditors project logistics team to ensure successful 
operations execution.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each customer based on their SOP,
Conduct QBR to ensure that all customer requirements are met and exceeding their 
expectations in terms of service quality and SLA.

• Analyze and compare tariffs of service providers including airlines, sea liners and 
transporters to secure the best rates without compromising on quality.

• Conduct proactive sales calls to onboard new clients and takes charge of managing 
Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs) to acquire new 
business opportunities.

• Handle complaints, disputes, and grievances promptly and professionally, working to find swift and fair resolutions to maintain strong client relationships.

• Assumes responsibility for overseeing and creating the Annual budget, ensuring 
financial resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Provides training, and direction to team players based on the client’s requirements.

• Managing and implementing company's corporate policy and required processes on Trade Compliance program, including anti-corruption & bribery, anti-boycott, sanctions & embargoes, denied party screening, export controls, ITAR shipments and dual-use goods, across the network.

• Providing day-to-day advice and counseling on various compliance related issues as they arise to management team.

• Assisting with implementing any remediation plan for corrective action to resolve instances of non-compliance as required.

• Delivering trainings help developing and maintaining aptitude in Trade Compliance.

• Reviewing audit results and other findings with Dept. Managers and all key District personnel for trend analysis and improvement opportunities.

• Assisting the team on denied parties screening and develop the process map ensure to screen all the associated parties. 

• Cooperating closely with staff in related domains to ensure seamless connection between overall trade compliance, Free trade agreements and day-to-day operations, ensuring development, implementation, and use of an efficient (communication) platform to drive trade compliance.

• Maintain compliance oversight of third parties and conduct associated due diligence and ensuring the team to use correct classification of goods for Customs. Provides training, and direction to team players based on the client’s requirements.
