As a fashion designer, I have undergone a transformation in my understanding of the designer's mission in the 21st century. I believe that products should be designed to be sustainable. Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, I relocated to China in 2011 to work closely with denim factories. With 14 years of experience in mass production within the textile industry, I made the decision in 2015 to establish the useDEM upcycle brand to transform the industry.
