	Three UK is a British telecommunications provider, subsidiary of the Hong Kong conglomerate Hutchinson Group. Three UK’s latest turnover was £2.4bn and active customer base was 10m. 
	I play a key role within the Financial Accounting and Reporting team at Three UK responsible for balance sheet control, regular working capital cash flow reporting, and audit coordination – reporting to Head of Financial Reporting. 
	I led the 5-year forecast for 2018 cycle for Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for the UK Group and presented to Senior Leadership including the CFO. This involved close working with all parts of the business including FP&A, Supply Chain and various Finance functions of the origination. 
	I am responsible for the monthly balance sheet control, including detailed review of all the balance sheet reconciliations.  I regularly meet with the stakeholders to understand the nature of the accounts and any underlying issues.
	I have ownership of monthly cash flow and working capital reporting along. This is a complex area and involves working with various teams within Finance to improve the balance sheet forecasting process. I have regular presentations to Senior Leadership in the business. 
	I am involved with Audit Co-Ordination with external auditors (PWC) and Group’s internal auditors to plan audit requests for half yearly, hard close, year-end, statutory and any other audits / reviews as required.
	I have also prepared a Finance Manual for all parts of the business to assist in mapping of business processes, risks and controls to move the business to a control focused environment and improve the external audit.
