Currently working as a Technical Recruiter/ HR Analyst I am part of HR team responsible for sourcing candidates and monitor the recruitment process. I also analyze company data to extract information to help decision making at the Strategic Level. A self-taught data analyst using resources available to me. I started doing it because there is always a problem that needs solving and you get a sense of satisfaction for every problem you solve.
