As an IT Consultant, my duty involves information security analysis, web development, design and modify computer network architecture, computer systems analysis, database design, and providing support for various IT equipment. I facilitate and monitor IT infrastructure through advanced tools of technology. I provide support for server maintenance, hardware, and software installation, software design, and implementation, website design and maintenance, network design and security, data backup & restoration, and IT equipment security and maintenance. I simplify IT systems operations for ensuring the right architecture and functionality. I support the implementation of new technology and devices Such as Video and Audio Conferencing devices, IP Telephony systems, Biometric Access Control systems, CCTV systems, manage cloud systems, Microsoft Office 365, accomplish the domain as well as hosting, share NAS drive, assist with technical issues, revise existing systems and suggest improvements. I follow the standard IT policy and give proper training to computer users. I’m responsible to make reports and provide real-time IT support to the users. I use to write different project proposals, draft personal statements, make company profiles, and support as an assistant to the organization chief.
