This journey involved scaling the team from 7 to 55 people and building a world-class, high-retention culture that was instrumental in the company's continued success and growth. Previously at a leading European e-commerce platform, I owned the enterprise architecture and created the technology vision that enabled our successful international expansion and the modernization of our core systems.
