I worked at Digitain as a Partner Design team lead, and during that time, which coincided with the spread of Covid 19 and lockdown, we reorganized the team from scratch and at the same time ensured a clear, uninterrupted process. As a result of the correct distribution of work and the creation of definite mechanisms, the team was able to almost double the number of clients in a very short period of time.

I founded a few things along the way: Wcrow (creative agency), Yourhero.me (a new kind of portfolio platform), and Imaci.am (reviews site for Armenia). Each one reflects my mission to make the digital world more human, meaningful, and user-centered.
