- Contributed to increasing the user retention and premium conversion rate by leading the design in diverse projects such as Revamping the setup flow, pioneering Krisp Insights from zero to one, and enhancing the app’s visibility status. 

- Developed a brand-new Design System for both Desktop and iOS applications.

- Orchestrated the first ideation workshops, design sprints and conducted initial user research studies.

- Led efforts to implement Accessible User Experience (UX), ensuring that our product is inclusive and user-friendly for all.

- Worked extensively on all aspects of our B2B products, including Certify, Test, Interview, and Attract, contributing to their development and success.

- Played a pivotal role in creating a comprehensive Design System and establishing a distinct brand identity for our B2B product line, enhancing consistency and user recognition.

- Implemented substantial improvements to the product's Integrated Development Environment (IDE), enhancing its functionality and user experience.

- Created a distinct brand identity that sets our product apart and resonates with our target audience.

- Developed a robust Design System tailored specifically for our B2C product, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a unified user experience.
