Sales:
Accountable for achieving monthly sales targets by brand and region for Modern Trade (MT) accounts.
Account Management:
Coordinated with cross-functional stakeholders, including the category team at the Head Office (HO) and in regions, to ensure smooth execution of planned activities.

Product Availability:
Ensured seamless introduction of new products and SKU extensions, and availability of linked SKUs in stores.

BTL Planning (Below the Line Marketing):

Determined SKU vs. range offers, seasonal offers, big day offers, and big bets to drive sales.
Prepared a proposed yearly visibility calendar aligned with account teams' events/festivals and Hershey's India ATL (Above the Line) calendar, while ensuring the best return on investment (ROI) for the brand.
Ensured off-invoice expenses were in line with agreed margins and facilitated company benefits as per terms of trade (TOT).

Sales Team Coordination:
Regularly coordinated with the sales team to address any availability or visibility issues, support target achievement, and overcome challenges at the store or regional level.
Planned regional sales drives by considering the input from the sales team and exploring options to maximize sales within the allocated budget.

Commercial Hygiene:
Monitored claims versus budget and resolved any discrepancies promptly.
Ensured minimal direct supply and distributor overdue to avoid supply block situations and maintain smooth operations.

I effectively coordinated with brands to achieve the best possible fill rate and optimized the ordering system parameters to ensure accurate purchase order generation based on sales and stock-on-hand (SOH) levels.
