Marketing Channel Report | Conversion Funnel | Churn | Resubscription:

• Modelled the conversion funnel for a major Business unit wherein various user flows along with multitude of filters are displayed over a tableau layer. This helps the team report daily performance and helps the stake holders take corrective actions as soon as some anomaly is detected.
• The views also contain the churn and resubscription flows and rates which helps team monitor the customer retention and acquisition. The shortfalls and overachievement are then used to create projections for the coming months.

• Helped Product team set up target audiences for new feature roll outs and upon successful trial run of the experiment, conducted A/B tests to gauge the incremental utility.

Worked on multiple workstreams and projects spanning across Analytics, data engineering and data science for a US-Based Top 4 Hi-Tech client - 

Customer Sales Lead Optimization:
• Designed and created automated model scoring performance dashboard on ADB which uses streaming data to perform real time analytics on lead scoring and check for data-drift in underlying data.
• Performed hypotheses testing to evaluate the feasibility of onboarding new data sources to existing model and derived the dollar value impact of the same.

Account Based Marketing model KPI design:
• Aided in recognizing the isolated impact of a fully functional ML Based ABM model to assess the profitability and the incremental dollar value lift that the model is bringing to the system by designing confusion matrix and business rule based KPI’s.
• These KPI’s along with other pieces were tracked using a Power BI based dashboard to gauge the profitability of each batch of recommendations that the model is producing and helped client take pre-emptive business actions.
• This whole solution suite helped the client to proactively prioritize the sales activity among the managed accounts which in turn resulted in a gain of ~18% sales efficiency and 5M+ in sales revenue.

Marketing Engagement Index - Impact Assessment:
• Aided in creating and implementing a dynamic engagement index for various leads interacting with marketing campaigns based on event-based data.
• This engagement index along with natural language generation framework helps the sellers to identify, track, prioritize and target the accounts/leads based on their engagement journey with different campaigns.
• This framework also includes Bollinger band-based anomaly detection and a multi-level T-test / U-Test based validation system to decrease the noise and to help distinguish junk leads and highlight the relevant leads
