Research Assistant

Beyond Just You

- Complete a broad range of administrative tasks that facilitate our team’s ability to effectively deliver client results and create an outstanding experience: assisting with special projects, designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for client meetings; composing correspondence; maintain contact lists; etc.

- Develop, coordinate, and maintain KPIs and other reports

- Coordinate and administer high-profile initiatives, acting as a contributor to the overall success by incorporating creative approaches and taking initiative 

- Support the delivery of an exceptional client experience through the oversight and coordination of our email inbox and our Facebook Community

- Responsible for executing a seamless client experience including the client onboarding and offboarding process

- Schedule and create events for weekly live coaching calls and send reminders to our community; post the call recordings to our program and the community

- Conduct video editing of client testimonials for our Success Stories
Support with responding and resolving client requests or inquiries via our Facebook community and email

- Identify and report any issues between systems or with clients to ensure fast resolution
Support our team with process improvement identification and implementation
Support the CEO and Director(s) in building and managing a best-in-class team

- Searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates

- Prepare and post job ads online

- Help with resume screening

- Maintain candidate database

Executive Administrator and Recruiting Assistant

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

Social Media Manager

- Coordinate all new hire orientation activities/logistics related to the scheduling and preparation of new hire materials, overseeing checklists for all required tasks necessary to onboard new employees and consultants

- Work closely with payroll and other departments, exercising the utmost discretion while working with highly confidential information

- Support staff with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, vacation, misconduct, and any problem resolution

- Responsible for data/file management processes related to new hire and termination process across all related databases for all personnel

- Continuously seek to identify, improve, and automate current processes to improve the management and accessibility of key analytical data

- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation

- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

I have a strong passion for finding and attracting the best talent for our clients, and I leverage my keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality research and reports.

I am took up BA in English Language and Literature at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where I have developed my analytical, writing, and presentation skills. I also have a background in Tourism and Travel Services Management from STI College, which has given me a broad perspective and a customer-oriented mindset. I thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments, and I enjoy tackling new challenges and learning new skills.
