Roles, tasks and experiences:

Financial Analysis: 
- Monthly & weekly company wide executive management reports.
- Yearly planning &  budgeting. 
- Financial modeling and company valuations.
- Target setting and performance management of the product lines
- Providing support research for financial department. 

Accounting & audit:
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements 
- Research and compliance support for tax regulations.
-  Internal audit duties. 

Mergers & Acquisitions:
- Financial due diligence. 
- Control, audit and integration of acquired companies.
- Leverage financing/ debt raising

System analytics and development:
- Improvement and execution of internal control.
- Selection and development  of new ERP system.
