Ten years of Sales experience under my belt, with a strong focus on SaaS Sales and Lead Generation for the past three years. I even had the privilege of leading a team of 20 highly skilled SDRs, primarily specializing in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting, targeting the US and Canadian markets. My journey began in the Hospitality industry, where I honed my abilities to win business in fiercely competitive environments and deliver top-notch service on a 5-star level. During my four-and-a-half-year tenure at a luxury business hotel, I became adept at negotiating and closing challenging deals, managing intricate projects with utmost quality, and developing leadership skills while coordinating multiple teams. The outbreak of Covid-19 prompted a significant career pivot, leading me to transition to the realm of SaaS and remote work. That's when I joined the incredible team at Infotelligent. Starting from the ground up, I began as an SDR, eagerly absorbing everything there is to know about SaaS companies and modern outbound prospecting. My hunger for knowledge drove me to attend numerous webinars, read countless articles, and consume copious amounts of educational content on Youtube. Through extensive testing and experimentation, I curated a collection of the most effective cold outreach techniques, ranging from cold calling and emails to personalized videos, gifs, and even memes. As a natural educator, I took it upon myself to share these insights with my team, conducting training sessions to help them enhance their skills and achieve remarkable results.
