businesses rapidly scale their development teams by providing top-notch talent for various software development needs.

United Code faced the challenge of reaching their target audience of CTOs, VPs of Engineering, IT Directors, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, CEOs, and COOs in industries such as technology, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and SaaS. 

They needed a strategic approach to
generate qualified leads and book meetings with potential clients.

To address United Code's challenges, I implemented a comprehensive cold-calling training program focused on:
● Candidate Selection: We employed a rigorous selection process, including video tasks, interviews, and test assignments, to identify candidates with exceptional English skills and communication abilities.
● Script Development: A tailored cold-calling script was created to effectively convey
United Code's unique value proposition and generate interest.
● SDR Training: The SDRs received in-depth training on the script, dialer usage, and
cold-calling psychology. 
Topics covered included mindset, tonality, follow-up strategies, and overcoming objections.
● Targeted Outreach: The SDRs were assigned specific roles based on their strengths and the target audience. 
One SDR focused on cold calling to book initial meetings, while another followed up with leads who had previously expressed interest. 
A third SDR concentrated on enterprise accounts, utilizing multithreading to gather information and tailor outreach messages.

Results:
Within three weeks of the training, one of the SDRs successfully booked their first meeting. The SDRs consistently made 200 calls daily, achieving an impressive 61% conversation rate on
average. Over the eight-week training period, a total of 11 high-quality meetings were booked.

I equipped Sitechecker's SDRs with a structured framework for effective cold calling, including:

Results: Within three weeks of training, an SDR booked their first meeting. Over the eight-week project, this SDR averaged 180 calls per day, achieved a 62% conversation rate, and booked a total of eight meetings.

common challenge: their Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) struggled to connect with
potential clients through cold calls.

Despite having a promising product, the team's inexperience
in cold-calling was hindering their ability to generate leads and book meetings.

Valentyn Kokoshko's approach was focused on providing the SDRs
with a structured framework for effective cold-calling, including:
