Nwada Ndokwa Foundation is a Non profit Organization centered on Girl-Child empowerment, education and mentorship. 

As the Founder, I was able to build the foundation from scratch and grew my team from 0-50+ volunteers. Im responsible for ideating all foundation events (Seminars, Educational Workshops, Mentorship sessions, SDG events, Volunteer drive, Orphanage Visits, High School and University campaigns etc ) and working collaboratively with my team of volunteers and Board of Trustees to ensure events are executed successfully. 

Key Achievements:
• Built the Nwada Ndokwa brand from zero following to over 3,000 active social media followers in 2 years and grew mailing list from zero to over 1,000 on MailChimp
• Raised N5million in sponsorship year over year to execute foundation events for 8+ years
• Built a strong brand identity that got the brand recognized and endorsed by the Delta State Government Tourism Board. 
• Launched the 'First' Cultural Beauty Pageant in 3/25 Local Governments that make up the Ndokwa Nation of Delta State Nigeria which ran for 8 years consecutively 
• Organized 5+ events year over year with over 1000 attendees on Girl-Child education, social impact, community development service and mentorship with over 250% satisfaction rate by speakers and attendees

Built Telegram community to 1k+ members in one year which connected aspiring and current international students from 15+ countries and reduced lack of support for students by 100%
Lead a team of 20 volunteers to manage student community which increased community engagement by 300%
