In a young and international contest as is lastminute.com and in a very ambitious team, I’m the team leader of the Partnership Project Managers.

The team goal is to create alternative B2B sales channels and we do it thanks to the activation of strategic partnerships with the biggest players on the European market (Vodafone, Sky, O2, Walkers, Edenred, Sodexo, AON, Unieuro, Zucchetti...).

With a big focus on the Italian market, we are the top travel player for the supply of travel services in the world of corporate welfare.
We manage the Gift Card product, which we deliver thanks to commercial agreements with third-party partners or through our B2C e-commerce channel.
We offer our products and our digital experience to partners who want to make a travel reward available to their customers in incentive activities, promotional activities or loyalty programs.

Specifically, I am responsible for:
- the growth and development of the business linked to the world of corporate welfare
- the performance of the B2C Gift Card sales channel
- the management of the project management team (5FTE)
- the management of the support team (administrative and customer care - 3 FTE)
- the special projects area, which involves the creation of new innovative digital products to be presented to our partners
- the budget management for the whole team
- the analysis and monitoring of team KPIs
- the voucher product for the entire company
