With over 20 years' experience as an agency-side marketer, I've had the privilege of working with clients across countless industries—solving problems, building strategies, and making marketing work harder. For seven years, I led Banter Group, a full-service marketing agency I founded, helping hundreds of businesses with digital, creative, and strategic marketing—always with a people-first mindset. Running an agency gave me deep insight into the evolving needs of businesses, the pressure points of modern marketing, and the leadership it takes to steer teams and clients towards meaningful outcomes. Now, I’m using that experience to support organisations in a new way—working as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer. I step into businesses that need marketing leadership but aren’t ready (or don’t need) a full-time CMO. I help set strategy, mentor teams, and bring clarity and confidence to marketing decisions. I volunteer my time as a board member of STaR Ltd, a cause close to my heart. As the parent of a child with special needs, I’m passionate about creating more inclusive opportunities and a meaningful life. STaR’s work in early intervention and education for children with disabilities is something I’m proud to contribute to. I’ve been training, presenting, and facilitating digital marketing education, training and workshops since 2008 — and still love sharing knowledge and empowering others.
