H2O Globe was founded by freediving record holder Jure Daič. 

As CBDO and the first team member, I learned:
- How to grow the startup from point 0 to first paying customers
- How to build a specialised marketplace/network effect platform & how to solve the chicken & egg problem
- Bootstrapping & fundraising (grants & crowdfunding --> I planned and executed a successful Kickstarter campaign)
- How to build & scale the first team

H2O Globe, a Slovenia-based marketplace start-up, is a diving app that helps consumers find diving professionals, locations, and supplies. The app is run through crowdsourcing information to help communities stay connected.

H2O Globe also helps consumers make connections by sending messages in addition to sharing photos and videos. Users can also rate and report diving businesses to help users make more informed decisions about their diving needs. The platform also boasts a second-hand section, where users can either buy or sell their second-hand diving equipment. H2O Globe doesn't stop there -- it also includes diving safety tips for a truly unique and diving-centric platform.

Whether users are divers or work within businesses related to diving, H2O Globe can ensure you have all the right tools for a successful dive.

I was in charge of managing the firm's transition to a 100% digital acquisition of their new customers. 

I was coordinating the development of an electronic signature platform, working with the outsourced engineers and the firm's management. Later, I was responsible for launching a nationwide campaign for the innovative platform for donations to non-profits.

I co-founded BlondBerry wanting to bring high-quality and affordable fashion pieces to the Slovenian market and mixing it up with unique Slovenian hand-crafted fashion products, jewellery and handbags. 

My responsibilities: 
- I developed and maintained the whole website myself (UX design, e-commerce, integrations)
- Finding international suppliers and working with them
- Social media marketing & PR, advertising
