I am responsible for driving business development and managing the P&L across multiple countries in the LATAM region for the EYSA Group, a holding company owned by HIG that specializes in innovative mobility solutions.

At EYSA, we focus on enhancing urban mobility through a diverse range of offerings, including access control, low emission zones (LEZs), on-street services, road safety, tax management, collection, and enforcement. Our advanced CityXplorer platform enables real-time management of traffic congestion, loading zones, pollution peaks, and emergency vehicle corridors via traffic light control. In the interurban sector, we manage intelligent toll systems (Free Flow), information panels, radars, and cameras, ensuring road safety by providing timely alerts in the event of accidents.

Currently, we are in an expansion phase, strategically pursuing both organic and inorganic growth across key LATAM markets, including Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Panama, and Guatemala.

Deplace

Deplace, a pioneer in Spain's online real estate brokerage, became a leader in Madrid and Valencia. Our innovative approach transformed the home-selling process across Spain by implementing an AI system guided by real estate experts, providing a seamless experience for sellers. 

As co-founder and CEO, I was the company's first employee and played a pivotal role in its inception. I contributed to various aspects, including tech product design, operations, sales, investor relations, finances, go-to-market strategy, and recruitment.

We secured €800,000 in equity and €400,000 in debt, achieving a TMT of €1.5 million in 2021 and reaching break-even with a 16-person team, of which 25% were in tech roles. We sold our software platform to a top European I-Buyer and continued our journey in Real Estate Technology.

Indra

Indra is the leading Spanish IT company listed on IBEX 35. I was part of the Infrastructure team and assigned to lead a project in Bouira, a city close to Argel (Argelia).

As Project Director at Tunnel Bouira,  I supervised the design and installation of the controlling system of a 2.5 km tunnel to upgrade it to European standards. I managed a 12 m€ budget project and 12 people team between Spain and Algeria. I reported to the Head of North Africa operations on our monthly progress and managed the partner relationship, who was Cosider, the Algerian leading statal construction company.

Information Technology Project Director

Indra is the leading Spanish IT company listed on IBEX 35. As part of the Infrastructure team, I started working in Madrid, did one small project in Portugal, and moved to Mexico City to lead several free flow toll highway projects. 

As Project Manager in Infraestructuras Mexico, I supervised a budget of 12 million euros across five different projects, including the Aunorte free-flow highway in Mexico City for OHL, one of the flagship mobility projects of Mexico City. I supervised diversely skilled teams, such as hardware installation or software implementation. I worked in a cross-cultural team with different time zones. 

I also helped the Business Development Team develop proposals for up to 4 million euros.

I reported directly to the General Manager of Infrastructures Mexico.

Canal de Isabel II manages the whole water supply for Madrid. After graduating, I did an internship at the Internal Audit Department.

I completed a summer internship under the Spanish Portuary Administration at the Portuary Administration of Melilla, which oversees one of North Africa's largest harbors. During my internship, I gained valuable experience working with the Infrastructure department manager.
