Liaison between sponsor companies and PI’s, clinical and regulatory team. Site initiation, progress and close out meetings/discussion. Data Management/Quality. Input data from the EMR into the capture systems for over 16 studies which are sponsored by a variety of CRO’s and bio pharmaceutical companies. I have experience using a variety of data capture systems such as Medidata RAVE, Medrio, Inform, IBM, Redcap etc. Mentoring and assisting data team in effective discrepancy and query resolution as needed. Working as a project manager or coordinator in tandem with the clinical research team and regulatory team to make sure all protocol objectives are followed. Completing and submitting SAE’s to sponsors for review by safety team. Corresponding with sponsors and monitors to ensure patient  safety, data integrity and good clinical practice.

Study of the Mnx1 gene, cause of neonatal diabetes. CRISPR Cas9 engineered a F272L mouse line,
created a Mnx1 goat & rabbit antibody & studied the Mnx1 gene via IF & other laboratory techniques.

Study of HHEX (in colaboration with the Sloan Kettering Institute) in both mouse and human embroynic
pancreatic tissue. The developmental pattern of the pancreas as it relates to Pdx1, CD133, and CD31.

Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process. Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, responds to specific alarms or signals that may occur during the process. Disconnect the donor when the process is complete. Maintain alertness and awareness to any reaction donor may have during or after the pheresis process and notifies appropriate staff. Use Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to record incidents that occur during the pheresis process, such as machine alerts and alarms, volume variances and donor adverse events. Use PDA to link equipment and soft goods used in the pheresis process to the appropriate donor. Alert Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues. Ensure the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Understand the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center. Maintain clean efficient work environment, and ensure sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follow all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promote safety in all actions. Maintain confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information. Use of Bilingual skills to meet the needs of the business. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
