When I was 12, my teachers bluntly told me I had no future. They assumed I'd barely scrape by or succumb to failure. Their expectations were shockingly low. But by 15, everything shifted. Entering the medical field meant the world now expected greatness. From zero to 1000% pressure, I was drowning in the weight of others' expectations.
