When I was just 12 years old, my school teachers bluntly told me that I had no future. According to them, my fate was either succumbing to alcoholism or barely scraping by with any education that wasn't from school. Their expectations for me were shockingly low. But by the time I turned 15, everything changed. Entering the medical profession skyrocketed those expectations to an overwhelming 1000%. Suddenly, everyone expected greatness from me, and the pressure to live up to those expectations was immense. Fast forward a decade, and I found myself entrenched in the corporate world and spending a decade in project management and leadership roles, I was tired of labels, boxes and expectations others put on each other.  Trying to define… Who we should be How we should be  Act how we should be  What we ought to do  …..is exhausting I believe in supporting women by cutting BS and making decisions that they are comfortable living with for the rest of their lives. Freedom is one of my biggest values in life, and my hope is to impact the world and the women I serve with COURAE, CURIOSITY and TRUSTWORTHINESS.  Because I believe women are MORE than just a label, a task, a gender, a definition or a box, they can pick the roles they want to have instead of feeling guilty for their ambitions or being defined by others.    We can cut the BS and make decisions by building trusting and creative connections.  Through our work together, we will create tools and roadmaps and use a holistic approach that is fueled with curiosity to turn your new behaviour and beliefs become your second nature or second skin.  We go beyond just social expectations by connecting body-mind-emotions and voice.
