Ms. Lee has over 5 years of experience in residential property management (HOAs, market rate, Section 8, tax credit properties) with a special focus on developing new community associations and strengthening existing multi-family communities. She is deeply committed to identifying and solving community development challenges by identifying emerging trends and harnessing data and interpersonal engagement to drive successful outcomes. Her research interests include establishing KPIs for HOAs and conflict resolution/mediation across diverse, multicultural audiences. She applies an equity lens that includes a focus on cultural competence within multiracial communities in order to promote equitable, inclusive community living. After purchasing her first condo in 2015 and witnessing the challenges of rogue board members and underfunded reserves, she was inspired to enter the community association management industry to help HOAs overcome their challenges. She knows how to set up new HOAs, onboard new HOA members and manage condo developments from inception to ongoing management. Her experience also includes reviewing legal documents and contracts, financial analysis and budgeting, accounting, project management, and marketing.
