If women don’t learn how to use AI, the wage gap won’t shrink.

It will widen.

I know this because I saw the other side of it.

I got laid off.

Within three months, I was working for myself.

That’s because I learned how to use AI as LEVERAGE.

1️⃣ I used it to sharpen my positioning.

2️⃣ Clarify my offers.

3️⃣ Write faster.

4️⃣ Pitch better.

5️⃣ Build visibility consistently.

And that visibility COMPOUNDED and turned into real income.

Right now, women are 16% less likely to use AI at work.

And the gap (shockingly) is even wider among Gen Z.

Meanwhile, being AI fluent is the fast track to your next promotion.

The person who knows how to think with it (not compete against it) will move faster.

If the next layer of economic power is built on AI fluency, women CANNOT afford to sit this out.

Spanish was my first language. 

Growing up in Miami, FL my parents wanted to make sure my twin sister and I grew up bilingual. 

But over the years, I spoke English more than Spanish and started to lose my confidence when speaking both. 

The translation feature from Meta has been one of my favorite discoveries because I can take videos I create and translate them to practice and get my native tongue back.
