With a global career spanning over three decades with corporate giants such as Alcatel-Lucent, Apple and Medtronic, and hyper growth unicorn venture Reef Technology, I have built, transformed and operated increasingly complex Talent Acquisition, Management and Development functions, empowering and coaching Leaders to purposefully align People strategies to business ambitions. I have seen what good looks like: failures that create learnings, masterly processes that drive flawless execution, and authentic leaders – some who inspired me, invested in me and made me who I am today.
