Functions include donor relations, prospect research & management, gift processing, online giving site, technology support and the University's alumni/donor database management. Serves as a member of University Advancement's senior management team, overseeing the Advancement Services staff.

Takes responsibility and provides overall management of the fundraising management system (Raiser's Edge). Creates and maintains coding, structure, and takes ownership in fine-tuning set-up and processes. Serves as the subject matter expert and provides ongoing training and support to users on how to use the fundraising system. Takes ownership of creating and maintaining updates to documentation around guidelines and procedures.
