My international career started in communications, innovation management, and workplace culture at General Electric. I managed integrated communication campaigns, launched businesses and led transformation strategies across a variety of business lines and geographies. As the Co-CEO at BelCham (independent, non-profit, membership-driven organization), I established a deep knowledge and passion for servant leadership, community building and entrepreneurship. I helped over 250 European founders with their US market entry strategy, supported 300 young professionals in making their American Dreams come through, and conceptualized high-quality events for 1000+ CEOs. More than anything, I reimagined a century-old institution into a future-forward enterprise in a world of turbulence through relationship-building, out-of-the box thinking and the creation of profit with purpose.
