I’m a former Morgan Stanley tech professional turned high-performance coach, having guided 50+ leaders across 10 countries to scale their impact without burnout. 

Now, as I finish my MBA at HEC Montréal (S25) — highlighted by several case-competition wins, merit scholarships, and Valedictorian title — I’m ready for my next chapter.

My edge? A rare blend of:

1. Financial & tech fluency  → 5 years in investment banking tech, a BComm in Finance, CFA Level I, plus SQL, Power BI, financial modeling, and agile project management.

2. Entrepreneurial edge  → Built a coaching practice from zero, coached entrepreneurs, and advised early/growth-stage startups on GTM and ops, bringing the hustle, empathy, and frustration tolerance of a founder.

3. Leadership & coaching science  → Certified High Performance Coach applying research-backed frameworks to build habits and mindsets that actually stick.

When I stood at the podium as valedictorian at HEC, people assumed the MBA was obviously the right choice for me.

The truth? 

It wasn’t obvious at all.

I made it right.

That’s the reality of big decisions.

It’s rarely about choosing the one perfect path.

It’s about what you do after you choose:

→ Commit fully despite doubt
→ Do things that scare you
→ Build your support system

The MBA became the right choice not because it was guaranteed, but because of the effort, feedback, opportunities, collaboration, and support that turned it into something extraordinary.

And that’s the lesson I carry forward and want to share with you:

We don’t make a right decision in the moment.

We make a decision, and then we commit to making that decision right.

And standing on the same stage with them was surreal:

→ Nancy Chahwan - my coach during the MBA, who guided me through major breakthroughs. Her wisdom now reached 60 more hearts 🙏

→ Carole Lando, M.A. - our collaboration started years ago at Morgan Stanley, and her grit, insights, and brilliant sense of humour still inspire me today 

→ Sonia Zarbatany - an absolute powerhouse whose confidence is contagious. She reminded us that success is something we define for ourselves.

And they were just a few of the voices that made the day unforgettable.
