At AI Talent Australia, I'm elated to have established and been responsible for AI Ventures' program driven approach to attract great AI tech founders & CXOs to Australia's home of AI Technology. Through the accelerated creation of Australia's fully virtual global AI Incubator post-COVID, AI Ventures is now investing in more startups than ever before. Key to this was assembling the best AI mentor groups in the country and early stage AI investors across the world, along with scouting for early-stage AI founders, which was all a first for AI Ventures.

At AI Talent Australia (the parent company of AI Ventures), I was also closely involved with the leadership team  in formulating the business strategy and implementing it through the Program Management Office by establishing best project management practices across brands and leading strategic projects.

Key contributions:
- Initiated & led AI Ventures Digital Incubator program with a team of 35 across 6 key agile teams, and a community of investors, mentors and startups
- Developed business strategy, project plans, established KPIs, conducted business process analysis, gap analysis & data-driven decisions for a new digital program
- Managed end-to-end agile projects including requirements gathering, backlog creation, product development, finance, project monitoring, scrum performance improvement, project delivery and team evaluation
- Instrumental in organization's digital transformation: improved customer traction, increased engagement on digital channels, improved brand footprint, established program-driven platform strategy, created synergistic value and minimized risks

AI Ventures

As a lead program manager at AI Australia (parent company of AI Ventures), I was heading Australia's fully virtual global AI-startup Incubator initiated and launched amid COVID disruption.

AI Ventures Incubator is an intense 12-week program tailored towards early-stage AI-based start-ups. The program is designed to equip founders with expertise, knowledge, and a supportive network of mentors to help kickstart their entrepreneurial journey and be prepared to go for their first capital raise. 

I led the design and delivery of the program along with the management of incubation of AI startups, and establishment of agile working environment.

Consulting Business Project with this leading Australian accelerator backed by Blackbird Ventures during my masters at Sydney University, followed by an internship. During my time at Startmate, I interacted and worked with executives across some of Australia's leading accelerators and VCs. I was particularly involved with Startmate in developing their competitive strategy and boosting their accelerator program through actionable recommendations, under the mentorship of an amazing CEO Michael Batko and ex-EY Joel Markoff. I was also involved in analysing their investment portfolio and computing valuations of startups during the following internship.
